Our driveway and patio were completed the week after we moved in as we were very lucky with the weather. Still need to get a block retaining wall with stairs done and then the fencing.

Mar 7 - Fence removed, site cleaned, flyscreens installed
Mar 4 - Painters returned for 3rd time
Feb 25 - Floor tiling
Feb 18 - Intercom, Shower screens,picked new carpet
Feb 11 - Electrical fitout, Air-Con, Hub and plumbing
Feb 4 - Painting completed
Jan 25 - Painting started
Jan 24 - Tiling complete & benchtops installed
Jan 13 - Tiler started
Jan 11 - Front doors installed
Jan 10 - Door fixer returned
Dec 23 - Garage doors installed
Dec 21 - Kitchen installed
Dec 14 - Door fitout started
Dec 13 - Gyprock Finished
Dec 2 - Gyprock delivered
Dec 1 - Insulation installed
Nov 30 - Bricks washed
Nov 30 - Eaves started
Nov 25 - Electrical & Data Cabling
Nov 19 - Roof completed
Nov 12 - Roof started
Nov 10 - Gutter & fascia installed
Nov 9 - Brickwork completed
Nov 6 - Bricking continues
October 20 - Brickwork started
Oct 15 - Bricks delivered and plumbing completed
Oct 11 - Frame completed and electricity connected
Oct 6 - Windows installed
Sept 28 -Frame started
Sept 24 - Frame Delivered
Sept 20 - Stormwater and sewer plumbing
Sept 13 - Slab poured
Sept 11 - Plumbing done and slab ready to pour
Sept 10 - Waffles & reinforcing delivered
Sept 9 - Piering completed
Sept 4 - Signage installed
Aug 31 - Fencing erected, port-a-loo delivered
Aug 28 - Sediment mesh installed
Aug 27 - Water connected
Aug 25 - Site levelled
Aug 11- Released to construction 20 days to start
Aug 6 - CDC approval
Jul 20 - Developer Approval
Jul 8 - Plans sent to Developer
Jul 7 - Signed Contract
Mar 20 - Initial Tender
